Do not answer. Works great for me, sometimes i can actually feel my nerves/noise in the head reside like turning off a boiling kettle. The point is to more or less allow yourself to observe the emotion and reason through what you do and do not want to associate yourself with. In my case, i sometimes worry excessively and find myself stressing over extremely mundane things. Asking myself who is feeling this way is like a quick route to the realization that feeding into these feelings/negative thoughts is what is creating them in the first place. Like being addicted to a drug called self-defeat. I have been having this vision of the power of 3 and it keepts coming to me. I am currently on vacation with my mom and my aunt who are twins. They have personally mentioned that when they are in three that it doesn't seem to work becuase of their connection with each other as twins. However, I feel completely in sync and in balance around these two women. It is wonderful. It is so amazing to see this connection with body, mind, and spirit. Thank you so much for this explanation. I don't mind product launches as long as they aren't accompanied by all of the false promises. That's what gets so frustrating! It makes people think they don't have to work to make money online and then they are disappointed because they were never told the truth. I love marketers who offer great products but also give a realistic assessment about what it is and what it will take to make money. That's why I respect people like you and Holly and some other great marketers. Unfortunately, there are only a few. I purchased one of your keyword packs. I think it is a great idea! I'm finding lately it's more beneficial to help provide people with helpful softwares and tools to make their life a little bit easier as marketers, than most of the re-hashed "how to" products we see hammered out day after day.
